2>check if there is no enough space in bootflash , format it
squeeze flash
format bootflash;
it will take around 2 minutes
3> copy tftp flash:
address of remote host[]?172.16.1.5 (ip addd of pc where tftp is running)
file name[]? newimage.bin
flash device name[bootflash]? y
